| Reduce regulations to reduce costs in construction of public projects. Use more common sense. Our over regulation is over riding our free enterprise system. We can use modern technology and out of the box thinking to come up with profitable new ways to do things. In my business, if I had keep doing things the same old way, I would have been working for someone else, a long time ago. |
